  • Led a full product redesign resulting in increased usage & satisfaction (NPS)
  • Oversaw and contributed to the design of the Deal Intelligence product which spanned 3 platforms (Chorus, Salesforce, and Zoom)
  • Designed roles, permissions, and data access management for enterprise clients from the ground up
  • Established a user research process to guide product decisions

Magoosh

As the sole in-house designer at Magoosh I designed several mobile and desktop products. Additionally I contributed web design to support marketing campaigns.

Key Contributions

  • Redesigned the ACT high school dashboard, increasing usage by 30% (the new design was rolled out to our SAT product)
  • Designed an interactive learning flow that broke down instructional material for high school students
  • Redesigned the GRE mobile app, increasing 1-month retention by 25% (the new design was rolled out to our 11 other exams)

Elevate Labs / Mindsnacks

I started at Mindsnacks as the resident chef, feeding a team of 24-40 employees daily lunches and dinners. I maintained that role while taking on HR & administrative responsibilities in 2015.

  • Built from scratch and ran the employee in-house food program
  • Ran day-to-day business operations: HR, payroll, quarterly P&L, contractor and subtenant management, building upkeep, and special events
  • Managed transition of company's HRIS to a PEO platform for payroll, benefits, onboarding, offboarding
